Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited uses of the TensorRail platform and related services. By using TensorRail, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use TensorRail in connection with any of the following activities or categories of business:

• Illegal goods or services in any jurisdiction where you or TensorRail operate
• Unlicensed gambling, gaming, or betting
• Unlicensed pharmaceutical sales or controlled substances
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related paraphernalia
• Adult content involving minors or non-consensual material
• Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment schemes
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or evasion of sanctions
• Violations of sanctions (e.g. OFAC, EU, UN sanctions lists)
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Unlicensed financial services (e.g. unlicensed lending, investment advice, or money transmission where required)
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the Republic of Cyprus

Prohibited Technical Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Use the API or platform to attack, probe, or compromise processor or third-party systems
• Share credentials between merchants or use another merchant’s account or credentials without authorization
• Use automated means to abuse the service or create denial-of-service conditions

Supported High-Growth Verticals

TensorRail is designed to serve licensed and regulated businesses in verticals that require specialized payment infrastructure, including:

• Licensed iGaming and sports betting operators
• Licensed Forex and CFD brokers
• Cryptocurrency exchanges and platforms
• Licensed adult content platforms
• Dating and social platforms
• Digital goods and subscription services
• Cross-border e-commerce

All merchants must hold appropriate licenses for their jurisdiction and comply with applicable regulations.

Enforcement

TensorRail may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. We may impose immediate suspension where we have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity or serious harm. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by law and may report suspected violations to them.

Reporting

If you become aware of use of TensorRail that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to legal@tensorrail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
