For the methods TensorRail provides, you sign one agreement and build one integration, with no per-country integration. For those methods you also need no local entity of your own and no local bank account. A new method or market is enabled on your account, not built into your codebase.

03Refunds
Refunds where the method supports them.
Where refunds are enabled on your account, refund a payment through the same API and dashboard, in full or in part, when its payment method supports refunds. Each refund is recorded against the payment it came from, on the same record as everything else in Payment Operations.
